Typographical Errors
In the event that a Company product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Company shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Colors
Company displays the colors of our products as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, Company cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Modification of the Site and the Services
Company reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site, including, but not limited to, content, features or hours of availability. Company controls and operates this Site from within the United States of America. Unless otherwise specified on or by this Site, this Site is intended to promote only those Company products that are sold by Company in the United States and its territories, and Company makes no representation that materials in this Site or the products described thereby are appropriate or available for use in other locations. All visitors to this Site are responsible for compliance with all local laws applicable to them with respect to the content and operation of this Site.

Children
The ROCI Group, LLC does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

Risk of Loss All items purchased from The ROCI Group, LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

If you purchased your product from this Site, then we will gladly provide a refund of the original purchase price if returned within 30 days of your purchase date. Please note that we cannot reimburse for shipping and handling charges and there will be a 10% restocking fee applied to your returned purchase.

You may submit a return authorization request via email to our customer support staff at returns@tucocina.net

Please include your original order email address, name, phone number, original order number and the item number of the product you wish to return. No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

Within 24 - 48 hours we will e-mail you a Return Authorization Number and instructions regarding returning your item. We request that items be returned via a traceable shipping method such as UPS. Company will not be responsible for lost or damaged items due to shipping returns.

A credit for the price of the item will be applied to your credit card or account. This credit will be processed within ten days of the receipt of the returned merchandise. You will be notified by email when the refund has been processed. Shipping and handling are not refundable unless as a result of an error by Company.

Exchanges Our returns center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our Site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return the original item (with heat seal, packaging in place and in resalable condition). Then place a separate order for the new item. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been processed.
