This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Returns & Exchanges Returns If you purchased your product from this Site, then we will gladly provide a refund of the original purchase price if returned within 30 days of your purchase date. Please note that we cannot reimburse for shipping and handling charges and there will be a 10% restocking fee applied to your returned purchase. To process a return You may submit a return authorization request via email to our customer support staff at returns@tucocina.net Please include your original order email address, name, phone number, original order number and the item number of the product you wish to return. No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Within 24 - 48 hours we will e-mail you a Return Authorization Number and instructions regarding returning your item. We request that items be returned via a traceable shipping method such as UPS. Company will not be responsible for lost or damaged items due to shipping returns. A credit for the price of the item will be applied to your credit card or account. This credit will be processed within ten days of the receipt of the returned merchandise. You will be notified by email when the refund has been processed. Shipping and handling are not refundable unless as a result of an error by Company. Exchanges Our returns center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our Site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return the original item (with heat seal, packaging in place and in resalable condition).
